Derwent Valley Running Club is a friendly club of mixed abilities and ages, joined together by our love of running. We meet in Rowlands Gill and train in Gateshead’s beautiful Derwent Valley, within the Land of Oak & Iron. We were previously known as PB Fitness Running Club.

🐵 DVRC @ Brass Monkey Half Marathon, York 🐵 Cross country is BACK! 🎉 Bring on the mud! Well done to everyone who took part in the North Tyneside 10k today! 🤍❤️ Off into the woods we go! Fabulous social run this evening around our Captain Callcott route in honour of our dearly missed men's team captain Andrew Callcott ❤️🤍 Good luck to all of our Chevy Chasers today! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️ Milking our tenth birthday celebrations with cake and our special anniversary tees at training tonight ❤️🤍 Happy 10th birthday DVRC! A whole decade of running, chat and friendships 🏃🏻‍♀️🥳 This morning we celebrated a decade of DVRC with a family fun run through the beautiful Derwent Valley, which even formed a Strava "10" 🏃🏻‍♀️🥳
