Race number collection on the night

Please note that you must confirm your entry and collect your race number from Race HQ on the evening of the race.  No race numbers will be posted.

Please allow enough time to park your car, walk to the Race HQ (note its location at Swalwell Juniors Football Club), collect your number and be at the start in plenty of time. (The start and finish lines are right beside the HQ on the Derwent Line, so only a very short walk.)

If there are race places available, then they are usually available on the night from 6pm, on a first come, first served basis. All entries must be made by 6.45pm, if capacity not reached sooner. Please note that we do our utmost to provide all our finishers’ with their gift, but can only guarantee it for those who book in advance. Cash or cheque only. £19 (£17 for affiliated runners).
